New Features and Enhancements:
-
New support for payment mapping between Jazva and Quickbooks
-
Previously, we had hardcoded a few Jazva Payment Types to common Quickbooks Payment Methods. We have updated our Quickbooks Integration support to let you customize the payment types between Jazva and either Quickbooks Desktop or Quickbooks Online.
-
From the Quickbooks setup under channels, you can see a new Payment Mappings tab. When you select the Add button, you can choose a Jazva Payment Type and enter the Payment Method's name from Quickbooks. You can also edit any existing mappings as needed.
- Please note that you can only map one Jazva Payment Type to one Quickbooks Payment Method.
-
If you forget to configure mappings when you first set up your Quickbooks Online channel, Jazva will create some default mappings for you. These default mappings can be edited if needed.

Added printer list on Shipping page and Batch's Advance Printing Option modal
-
Jazva has added a feature that will let you choose which printer you would like to print your labels to. To enable this feature, you will need to turn on the "Select Printer on Shipping Page" setting in Setup > Global Settings > Shipping.
- Once enabled, you will be able to select which printer you would like your labels to be sent to. This feature is available for both individual orders and through a batch's Advanced Printer Options.
- For individual orders, the list of printers will be available for shipped parcels via a dropdown next to the printer icon. For batches, a dropdown called Printer will let you select your printer. In both cases, the list should only show the printers that are available at your user's assigned facility.
