Error: "[Amazon Partnered]: Amazon Partnered rates cannot be obtained because the parcel’s dimensions are missing. Please set up boxes or update parcel dimensions as needed."

Solution: Set up dimensions and boxes in your system.

To obtain accurate Amazon shipping rates, it's essential to provide the correct parcel dimensions. Without this information, Amazon cannot calculate the appropriate shipping cost.

Two Approaches to Setting Dimensions:

1. Manual Entry:

   • Each time you ship an item, manually input the parcel dimensions directly on the Shipment screen.

2. Automated Assignment:

   To automate the process, please ensure the following steps are completed:

   • Item Dimensions: Verify that all your items have their dimensions accurately set up in your inventory.
   • Shipping Box Inventory:
     • In your inventory, create a list of all the shipping boxes you commonly use.
     • For each box, input its precise dimensions.
   • Item Flagging:
     • For items that don't require additional packaging, mark them as "ship ready." This indicates that the item's dimensions can be used directly as the parcel dimensions.
