Jazva’s system will auto-create customer records every time a new customer places an order on any of your web-stores, whether via phone, EDI or bulk import. You can also bulk upload your customers from an Excel file.
Manually Adding Customers
- From the main menu, navigate to CRM and select Companies.
- Click Create a Company.
- Fill out all the necessary customer information.
- Click Create to complete setup or Create and Add Another.
Bulk Importing Customers
- From the main menu, navigate to CRM and select Import Customers.
- You will now need to upload a Customer import file in the correct format. Click on Download Sample to see the acceptable column header formats. Files must be uploaded in .xls or .xlsx.
- Click on Choose Files to upload your file.
- Select a Tier from the dropdown or leave as default.
- Click Upload & Verify.
Editing Companies
- From the main menu, navigate to CRM and select Companies.
- Select a title from the Company List View.
- To edit the existing company information, you can click on Actions > Edit. To make quick edits within the page, just hover the mouse over the field you want to change and click on the pencil icon.
- To merge a company, click on Actions > Merge. This cannot be undone.
- The blocks on the right sidebar will allow you to add contacts, credit notes and payments.
Assigning External Shipping Accounts
Jazva allows you to assign multiple 3rd-party and 1st-party shipping accounts to a company. When setting up these external shipping accounts, you can specify which weight range or mail class the shipping account will apply to. Additionally, the auto-selected shipping account can be overwritten using a business rule, or manually from the shipping screen.
- From the main menu, go to CRM and select Companies.
- Open an existing company.
- Scroll down to External Shipping Account.
- Click Add.
- In the new window, you can select the Type, weight range and mail class the ship account will apply to.
