Bulk Price Tier Import

Learn applying Bulk Product Tier Pricing utilizing Jazva's Product Import Wizard. This powerful feature is perfect for bulk product buyers. Or... segmenting price tiering for wholesalers or discount members.

EXAMPLE:

Let's suppose... we have concluded having a promotional sale on some items (47369, 36461, 41188, 41180) for $50.21 for two (2) or more units purchased without any other discounts.

Now, we need to upload this offer and terms into Jazva. To perform this task, we may use one of  two data uploading methods described below. Of which, both required a minimum two (2) column data upload format. 

Method 1: Spreadsheet Data Upload

Step 1: Spreadsheet Formatting

First, we are required to follow a few simple spreadsheet formatting rules. In this manner, we may implement price tiering. 

A spreadsheet with a minimum two (2) column mapping requirement, e.g., Price Tier, Item ID or SKU reflecting our terms described under Example section. See Figure 1.

Note: "Null" value is placed due to non-existing discounts available for this offer. 

Step 2: File Data Upload

1. From the menu left-sided panel, navigate to Products -> Import Products -> and click + blue icon located on the top right hand of the screen.
2. Under Import Products tab, click File Format drop-down and select spreadsheet file format.
3. Under Data File, click Browse radio button and navigate to file location.
4. Once navigating to file, select file and Click Open. 
5. At this point, Browse radio button name will change to uploaded file's name.
6. Click Upload & Verify.
7. Lastly, click Import & Finish. 
8. Confirmation message will be displayed between Import Products title and menu tabs. 

Method 2: Copy and Paste Data Directly

As an alternative upload method, Jazva users have flexibility copying and pasting data directly into Jazva. See Figure 2.

Step 1: Copy and Paste Upload

1. From the menu left-sided panel, navigate to Products -> Import Products -> and click + blue icon located on the top right hand of the screen.
2. Under Import Products tab, click File Format drop-down and select spreadsheet file format.
3. Under Data File, click Copy/Paste radio button.
4. A Products Data box will appear under Vendor.
5. In spreadsheet, highlight columns/rows and copy data contents. (Note: Minimum two (2) columns are required for successful data importing) 
6. Paste copied data into Products Data box
7. Click Upload & Verify.
8. Confirmation upload message will be displayed, e.g., "Successfully uploaded xx row(s)".
9. Lastly, click Import & Finish.
10. Confirmation import message will be displayed, e.g., "Confirmation import status message displayed, e.g., "Done importing successfully x, skipping 0 and rejecting 0".

Once configured, data upload in either spreadsheet file using Product Import Wizard or copy/paste data directly data uploading.

Under Price Tier, click radio button and select Price Tags from drop down list. See Figure 3 and 4.
