Frequently Asked Questions
How does Jazva handle Shopify POS orders?
When you set up your Shopify channel, you can configure Jazva to manage web orders, POS orders, or both, by selecting an option from the “Type of Orders Handled” dropdown menu.
For the POS orders to sync properly, the channel must have only one facility. If there is more than 1 facility associated with the Shopify channel, POS orders will be imported as regular Pending orders, and they will reserve stock from the best possible facility for this order.
Does Jazva’s Shopify channel support Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)?
Yes, MCF supports all sales channels, including Shopify web orders. POS orders are not supported because they are retail orders that do not require fulfillment.
How to skip an order from Shopify?
Jazva does not import closed (archived) orders from Shopify. If you do not want Jazva to import a specific order, simply archive the order in Shopify.
How do I set up Multiple Facilities with Shopify?
Setting up multiple facilities with Shopify is a straightforward process that can be done in just a few steps.
To set up multiple facilities in your Shopify channel.
Step 1: Access the Channel's Settings
To begin, navigate to Setup > Channels and select your Shopify channel. Once you are in the channel's Setup section, scroll down to the Location ID field and remove the Location ID that you have previously set up.
Step 2: Select Multiple Facilities
Scroll down further until you see the "Facilities" section. Select the facility that you want to add to your channel and set the Location ID in the External ID field to map it to the location ID of the facility according to what you see on Shopify's end.
Step 3: Repeat for Additional Facilities
Repeat Step 2 for all additional facilities that you want to add to your channel. You can add as many facilities as you need by mapping each Location ID to the appropriate facility.
Additional Notes:
If you have already added a facility to your channel's configuration but it does not have a Location ID (External ID) mapped, you will need to remove the facility and add it back with the Location ID mapped.
If you have already entered Location ID in the Location ID field you may remove it from this field, since it will be mapped using the Facilities section.
