How to Create a Walmart Listing Profile

A listing profile enables you to define what information will be used as product descriptions on Walmart.com. It can be custom information or taken from the product’s information in Jazva.

1. From the main menu, navigate to Setup and select Channels.
2. Select an existing Walmart channel.
3. Toggle to the Listing Profiles tab.
4. Click +Add Listing Profile.
5. Enter a Name and click Create.
6. Configure the following settings:
• Title Template – sets a uniform title that will apply to the products. This is effective when using a combination of shortcodes and general words. For example, entering “${product.title} Brand New!” will publish the product’s title followed by the words "Brand New!")
• Description Template – sets a uniform description that will apply to the products.
• Shelf Description Template – sets a uniform shelf description that will apply to the products.
• Short Description Template – sets a uniform short description that will apply to the products.
7. Click Save.

To set a listing template as the channel’s default, go back to the Listing Profiles tab and click Set under the Default column.
