Setting Up Reports

Learn how to set up new reports in Jazva.

  1. From the main menu, navigate to Setup and select Reports.
  2. Click New Report.
  3. Enter a Name for the new report, such as "Orders" and select an Entity (report type).
  4. Click Submit to create the report.
  5. You can modify the settings on the report’s Setup page. Report setting options differ by Report Type.
  6. If you want a report on a specific channel, select the channel from the Channel drop-down.
  7. Filters can be added to narrow down the report.
    • Click +Add from the Filter Criteria and select a filter type from the drop-down list
    • Select an operator (e.g. "=" or ">") and then enter the filter value.
    • As an example, suppose you want to run an inventory report on all items with a regular price of $20.00 or more. You would enter a filter type of "Regular Price," an operator of ">" and a value of 19.99.
  8. Date ranges can also be added. Simply click on the +Add from the Date Range and select the desired time periods.
  9. Next, you will need to set up the columns of the report, so switch to the Columns tab.
  10. Reports in Jazva are completely customizable, so you can set up the report exactly how you want it by setting up the columns of your report.
  11. Enter the name of a column, such as "Price" in the Name text box and then click + to add the column
  12. Adjust the settings and select options from the drop-downs.
  13. Repeat the process as needed.
  14. Once you have added all of your columns, the report is now ready to be run.
