You can run a report in two ways in Jazva - automatic and manually.

Manually Running a Report

Reports can be run manually at any time.

  1. From the main menu, go to Setup and select Reports.
  2. Click on the play button () of the report that you would like to run. If you haven't created the report yet, please visit Setting Up Reports.
  3. Jazva should run the report for you. If you see a red triangle with an exclamation point (), then the report needs additional setup before it is ready to be run.
    • If needed, you will be prompted to add additional report criteria, such as start and end dates for the report period.
    • Click Run Report and your report will be executed.

Automating a Report

You can configure Jazva to send automated reports to an email address on regular intervals.

To setup automation on a report:

  2. Click on the name of the report that you would like to automate. If you haven't created the report yet, please visit Setting Up Reports.

  5. Click the Start On textbox. Select the date when you want this report automation to begin, either by typing a Month/Day/Year format or using the calendar.
  6. Enter the report frequency (such as "10") in the repeat every field, and enter an interval (such as "days") and a time of day.
    • This combination will create the report every 10 days.
  7. You can also select which days of the week you would like the report created by selecting the On days checkboxes.
  8. In the E-mail to field, enter an email address this report will be sent out to.
  9. Click Update to save the report automation.
  10. Your report has now been automated!
